Social Accountability management system refers to the relevant institutional arrangements and organizational construction to ensure that enterprises fulfill their corresponding social responsibilities and achieve sound development.
The content of social accountability management system includes four parts: organizational management system, daily management system, competence building system and performance appraisal system.
