Property Service

Guideline for Community Service-Part 9: Property Service (GB/T 20647.9-2006) was proposed by China National Institute of Standardization. This part is centralized by the National Service Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC264). The main drafting units of this part are: China National Institute of Standardization, School of Public Administration and Policy Renmin University of China, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Beijing Yinda Property Management Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Lujiazui Property Management Co., Ltd.. The main drafters of this part: Zuo Peilan, Feng Wei, Liu Chengyang, Yin Yan, Li Jing, Chen Youhong, Xue Fuzhi and Yang Sheng.
